Sincere person who respect corporate ethics and always guide everone to follow the same. The best thing I like about him is his working and supervising style. According to him if you are efficient and completed your assignments & other work responsibilities before time...there is no need to waste time sitting idle...instead utilize the time in anything you wish to do. I have seen other supervisors who want their team to sit late even if the resource has done all his work...and that attitude ultimately decreases the efficieny of resource, as he knows that he anyways has to sit late.
Apart from work...a genuine and caring person. He has a cute daughter...when he was offshore we use to hear about her new activities like dancing and sweet responses he experience with her baby girl. Wish you happiness at each and every sphere of your life.

Well wat can i say abt Sachin.A very hardworking,disciplined and intelligent person(Have heard a lotta ppl frm his previous Project going Ga-Ga ab this technical skills).Had the privilege of being trained under him as an ASE .Initially I must admit I found him to be bit strict but later realised it was for my own good. Learned immensely both about technical as well as behavioral aspects and i must say have benefitted a lot from it .
An excellent TL and mentor and i am greatly indebted to you for all the help and support you provided in my initial days.

Sachin comes across as very matured, focused and disciplined guy. He is very dedicated and committed to whatever he does and constantly thinks how to improve things around, be it system, process or approach, that quality in him, I admire very much. Client is in love with him falling over heels for his technical and analytical abilities. I am very happy that he is onsite and making a very positive impact in our team as well as among the client team...
