Kaushik has his own style, always wear dude clothing, macho jackets and whatever is in.
When he joined our project...I thought "He speaks hindi in normal accent...then why he speaks english in style"...then I realized his original english accent is stylish.
According to him the best thing about our project is its flexible timings...Am I right buddy ?
Everyone calls him "assistant PMO"....Truly, he manages to orgnaize events well. His gut power is improving day by day. Earlier he use to dance in Jam sessions, We seen him dancing alone yesterday. keep it up man !!!

When I met and interacted with Kaushik first time, first thing striked me was his nice english accent, other than the handsome looks. I thought he is some NRI boy joined the project, so, to make him feel comfortable, even I (having stayed in the US for long)had to put an accent too ;-) Then I realised talking to him that he was trained to soften his accent in his BPO days.. It was very impressive..
Whatever I observed in him, he is ever ready to do things, sort of "Can Do" attitude. I like anyone carries that attitude.
Kaushik, your accent and attitude is your USP, don't lose it. Keep it up..
He always helped us arranging events...right from the first outing at Hans resort.
You are in limelight man...do not change your sporty look.
