He is friendly with every one, a great singer who feels the song and sings directly from heart. Resembles Vijay Malaya in looks.
He want the team to enjoy...so we all party whenever he comes.
Usually when people rise high, gives their juniors whatever they got from seniors, Bala is different in this aspect, he tries to improve the things and eliminates difficulties which he might have faced early in his career. Don't know who's effort was that or its a collective effort....but I like the way our project operates. The best part is the person who has to work...estimates the efforts required. So, the people at lower level are not crushed as in the case when some one else estimates unrealistic. And that's why everyone is giving his/her maximum and delivering quality..
He keep tracks on what an individual resources is doing. And thats impressive. Glad that he kept his promise of surprise gift and recognition.

When Roger,Bala & other Onshore folks visited India last month,I could easily figure out Bala.
Spectacled and an influential persona..truly his knowledge knows no bound!!!
Being an ASE and a newcomer to Hartford,I was eager to see Bala and Other Onshore Leads!!!
A strong personality with good bleach of Persuasiveness and Power of speech...He has all the top qualities possessed by a unit lead..
He has an hawks eye..no single thing goes un-noticed..Be it a certification from any of the folks, a small achievement or a performing candidate, will always receive appreciation mails and surprise gifts from Bala!!!
He is always at the top of our Inbox to encourage evryone and be a catalyst for delivering high performance.
This is something which i really admire Bala for...
When it comes to partying, he is a total freak. Nice, Outgoing and enjoys like he had never before...But, a total sport!! One more good quality of him is his singing.
He can knock out even the competitors of Indian Idol..(Oops!!! Sorry,I guess it should have been American Idol!!!)
I nearly felt a deja vu when he sang "Pehli Nazar Mein"..very close to Atif Aslam!!!
Lastly, As we say "Everyone is unique as you are"..But Bala does have a unique persona in true sense..

It was the first time I met Bala, I didn't get a chance to interact much with Bala but he is easily noticeable wherever he stands. I never imagined that anybody can feel so free in front of such a high profile person but Bala made easy for whole team to feel free and like a buddy.
I really admired Bala for this quality.
Also, i must say that he sings really passionately when he himself set a stage for himself,people couldn't stop but applauding him continously.
Nobody could have ever imagined that a person having such a high profile can mingle up with each and every person and can be one of them only. Hats off to him.
Bala really thanks to you. You really make this team to feel like a family.

In whatever small interactions that I have had with Bala in the past couple of years I just have to say this about him...he is a combination of 3 C's Cool, Calm & Composed. Never would you see Bala tensed (or may be he is good at hiding it). Always ready to listen to each and every person in the team and
resolve their issues. He is a good speaker and makes sure that everyone knows whats happenning in the project and outside it too. Encourages everyone to
give their best.
Enough of work.
I remember playing Cricket with him when I was onsite, everyone had a wonderful time.
Bala is a total party person, work hard & party harder won't fit anyone better than him.And singing, Bala doesn't need an invitation.
I don't recall a single trip of his in which he hasn't sung. We enjoy it Bala..
Bala is coming...say that and everone starts thinking...party time!! :)
Bala is one person, whom most of the team members will look upto. Many wud like to see themselves in similar to Bala's position in near future.
Bala possesses great leadership skills.. No wonder, he has been successfully managing such an huge engagement, which is growing leaps and bounds on regular basis.
Bala shows great enthusiasm in all activities, he indulges into. Good singer....Great in mingling with the team members.
Like they say, if you have an hidden talent, opportunity will knock your door... Similarly, many ppl might not know, Bala was offered to act in an South Indian film. He rejected that offer....
Bala, we may not have got an opportunity to witness ur acting prowess... but surely it has benifitted around 100-200 ppl by your presence in our engagement.
